Art Superhero
For one of my classes I have to manipulate a photo of myself to transform myself into an “art superhero”. What sort of super artsy power should I have? And how can I make this not a totally cheesy thing like my collage?

Noah and the Whale -
Live version of one of my favorite songs “The First Days of Spring” by Noah & the Whale. I find it fairly appropriate for today because it was one of my first days back at school. Already have homework to complete, but no complaints there because I’m diving in whole-heartedly.
For my main class, Introduction to Product Design, we already are preforming preliminary research on lighting. Why you ask? This semester’s work is focusing around designing a lighting fixture for the Koizumi International Light Design Competition. This is great news to me because I’ve already studied lighting at Lawrence Technological University after studying Architecture for three years. I had an entire lecture course on lighting and my freshman year I actually had to design a lighting fixture. Luckily I have a leg up on the freshman counterparts in my class, though I have much to learn in terms of drawing and ideation.
Time to go buckle down so I can post work to here at a later date.
