MY LOFT_____________________________________
+ 700+ square foot open-concept loft that we would share
+ on 2nd floor of building near stairs//parking-lot exit
+ galley kitchen with refrigerator//gas stove//dishwasher//disposal sink
+ large open dining//living//workspace area
+ 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower//1 with tub)
+ “hall” closet
+ 1 large bedroom (would be shared, unless someone slept in loft)
+ loft space ideal for storage
+ month to month lease (but you still must sign lease agreement)

+ $350 security deposit//$80 key & parking deposit (you pay this as I have already paid all deposits in full)
+ if you want a cat to stay in the loft (which is fine with me) you must pay the $100 pet deposit independently
