+ 1 large bedroom (would be shared, unless someone slept in loft)

+ your share of rent is approximately $385 per month including all utilities//amenities
+ $350 security deposit//$80 key & parking deposit (you pay this as I have already paid all deposits in full)
+ if you want a cat to stay in the loft (which is fine with me) you must pay the $100 pet deposit independently
